About Grove at Grand Bay Coconut Grove
Developed by world-renowned Terra Group, Grove at Grand Bay is a twenty- story condominium complex featuring two towers that rise in the exclusive Coconut Grove. The complex’s twisting, dancing glass towers are a striking design by Bjarke Ingels, one of the world’s most exciting architects, and they have twisted forms, with floor plates extended on all sides to create generous balconies providing awe-inspiring panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. A total of 96 condominiums are included in the development – 59 in the north tower and 37 in the South tower-, along with gardens and terraces surrounding the buildings designed by landscape architect Raymond Jungles. The towers are located on the site of the former Grand Bay Hotel – one of Miami's most prestigious attractions during the 1980s and early 1990s – in the city's Coconut Grove area, where OMA is constructing a trio of peanut-shaped towers.
